CableServ® -48 Power Supply for SA Prisma I Optical Platform
The CableServ® -48 Power Supply is a performance enhanced product, which gives MSOs the ability to convert their SA Prisma Optical Platform powering from 115 V AC to -48 V DC or simply replace and existing -48 V DC power supply in such a platform. It can be installed in SA 6470 and 6470-R2 chassis and used either as primary or backup power source. It is also equipped with hot-swappable capability, allowing the system to run completely uninterrupted in case a failed unit needs to be replaced. It also attaches to the rear of the chassis, saving valuable rack space.
